[16 October 2008, IASPIS, Stockholm] The symposium In Practice: Marjetica Potrč and Stealth was set-up to present and discuss project Fruit and Energy Farms in a Public Square, that involves the design of a schoolyard at the Thunman School in Knivsta, Sweden. Together with artist and architect Marjetica Potrc (Ljubljana) and Joa Ljungberg, freelance curator and project manager (Stockholm) we spoke about the way the project came to being. Hanne Natt och Dag, responsible for the project from the side of Knivsta Municipality and art teacher Lasse Wynne joined the discussion as well.
The seminar is a collaboration between IASPIS and Statenskonstrad (National Public Art Council Sweden). In Practice: is part of Iaspis’s programme in the field of applied arts, which puts the focus on different aspects of the artistic practice in a series of presentations.
